I have been so pleased with the service provided by Lake Norman Pest Control. I have had a Mosquito problem for years and decided this year to try the mosquito treatments. Havent had service yet but my friends have with great results. Tim was great to work with while setting up my new account. He answered all my questions and told me about several different service options to consider before making a decision. Looking forward to meeting Nate this Friday for our first service. Price is not negligible, but worth it for continuous service from a technician that is permanently assigned to my home, and which i am confident will deliver good results.

I have had great service with them for a long time there was a little miscommunication but they were quick and fast to take care of the problem so on that note I would like to say that they have great service and if you have a problem there quick to fix it when I first got the service the pest were quickly eliminated and have been since the service is great

The service was outstanding! Ryan came out to address a big wasp and hornet issue. The issue is no longer present. He came out weekly to ensure that the pests were being eliminated. He was willing to go beyond what other pest control companies would do. I had call several companies, and none would treat for wasp and hornets on my second story. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing wasp and hornet problems.

I have nothing bad to say about LNPC. My service expert, Jennifer, has been nothing but helpful in every situation that had occurred. I called them a few times my first month and they had Jennifer back out here the next day, if not the same day I had called. We found an area inside the home and suspected termites so we called LKN Peat control and they were at my home within 2 hours. Confirmed it was termites and I scheduled them to come out the next day do treatment. A few days later we found another "nest" if them and They came it again immediately to take care of the problem. We have the in-ground system and since we had it installed we've had no issue. They are prompt and thorough in their inspection and treatment process. I'm very happy with their friendliness, professionalism and services. I highly recommend.

We were having an outdoor party and woke up to hundreds of mayflies that had hatched overnight. We didn't know who to call, but Lake Norman Pest Control answered our call, and they were polite, professional and knowledgeable, and came out quickly the same day! Great customer service right from the start. Communicated with Eric via messager online and he was able to get us a service set up the same day. Our technician Vinny was great. He explained everything to me in detail, asked questions, reassured any of our concerns, and was very helpful from the start. We are buying a new house in Denver, North Carolina. We scheduled a termite inspection today. When Dennis arrived at the site, he noticed it was a new house with some landscaping work still going on. He called us and told us we did not need a termite inspection on a new home, as the builder would have gotten one anyway. We will have the money we spent for the inspection refunded. We very much appreciated his honesty and integrity in not doing an unnecessary inspection, and in offering a refund. We plan to use Lake Norman Pest Control after we have moved in for a termite contract. Honesty and integrity are key qualities to see in a good business.

Lake Norman pest control has been fantastic since day one! Had a problem with ants initially and they came out within the next day and the problem was taken care of immediately! I wish I had called them sooner. I called another company first. After $200.00 part of our issues were resolved, but the ants were much worse (inside the house), and they did not treat the yard. Lake Norman Pest Control came and did a very thorough inspection. We learned lots (previous termites, etc) that the other company had never mentioned. Our technician was very friendly, and was super nice to the pets and our daughter. The company had great communication, was on time, and solid follow up. They are our go-to company from now on, and I highly recommend.
