They call ahead and come ON TIME. Also, if you have bugs in between visits they come at no extra charge to re-spray. Reliable.

I highly recommend their services. Jessica came the exact day we called, and she has already been back 2 days later to check on this issue. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They keep coming back until we are confident that the problem is completely eliminated. They are easy to get in touch with and easy to schedule. We also decided to sign up for their reoccurring preventative and treatment services.

I wish I had called them sooner. I called another company first. After $200.00 part of our issues were resolved, but the ants were much worse (inside the house), and they did not treat the yard. Lake Norman Pest Control came and did a very thorough inspection. We learned lots (previous termites, etc) that the other company had never mentioned. Our technician was very friendly, and was super nice to the pets and our daughter. The company had great communication, was on time, and solid follow up. They are our go-to company from now on, and I highly recommend.

I have had great service with them for a long time there was a little miscommunication but they were quick and fast to take care of the problem so on that note I would like to say that they have great service and if you have a problem there quick to fix it when I first got the service the pest were quickly eliminated and have been since the service is great

We met with Zach in Sales, and Joe came out for Service. Both were great - thorough information but no pressure at all. The pricing is more than fair, and both presented themselves and their service very professionally. My kids were excited to see Zach come back by. We had been quoted more with less information, don't hesitate to have them come by for an estimate.

We've had a serious mice problem, and although it's been an ongoing battle, lake Norman pest are doing everything they can do to assist and take care of the situation. They are dependable, on time, courteous and concerned about the clients needs. Stanley Pascarelli has been on point and all the staff to do all they can for our home. Thank you Lake Norman Pest!
